专利摘要:
In the manufacture of aseptic packing containers from weblike laminate material the material usually is brought into contact with a liquid sterilizing agent which, after a certain treatment period, is removed again. In order to avoid any accumulation of residues of sterilizing agent behind lugs, opening strips or the like a method and an arrangement for finishing an opening arrangement (2) on a packing container (1) are proposed, according to which an external gripping element (3) is placed over the opening region (4) only after the packing container (1) has been filled with the desired contents and has been closed. This is achieved with the help of a sealing unit (9) with vacuum device (10) and a gas-permeable striplike gripping element (3).

The invention relates to packaging for locking devices with an invoice covering strip and can be used in packaging containers for liquid products.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process by eliminating the preliminary sterilization of the covering strip.
FIG. Figure 1 shows the upper part of the packaging container with the closure device after the manufacture of the latter, general view, isometries; JQ in FIG. 2 - the same, vertical section in the zone of the pouring aperture; and FIG. 3 - part of the packing container and sealing device at the stage of pressing the closing strip to the packing container; in fig. 4 On the same, after pressing the closing ribbon to the packaging container at the sealing stage.
The locking device is mounted on the upper side of the packaging container and includes a pouring hole 1, made in the outer carrier layer 2 of the multilayer material of the packaging container, which is internally covered with a liquid-tight thermoplastic layer 3, and a closing strip 4 made of flexible thermoplastic material. In addition, the inside of the packaging container can be covered with a layer 5, impermeable to gases or liquids, made of thermoplastics or aluminum foil, which is necessary for the production of antiseptic packages. On the upper side of the packaging container in the area of the filling opening 1 a gasket 6 with a center 40 can be placed.

The main hole in it is made of rigid plastic. Moreover, the shape and dimensions of the central hole in it correspond to the shape and dimensions of the pouring hole 1 in the outer carrier layer 2. The gasket 5 imparts the necessary rigidity to the locking device and, moreover, acts as the edge of the pouring hole I when emptying the container.
The closure strip 4 has a protruding free end 7 serving as a tongue, by means of which the packaging container is opened. In the central part of the closing strip 4, an opening 8 is made for air suction. The sealing device includes a vacuum element 9 connected to a vacuum source through a central opening 10 and a clamping element 11 enclosing it, made in the form of a sleeve, and connected to a source of thermal energy, for example, a high-frequency generator.
A method of manufacturing a locking device on a packaging container for liquid products is carried out as follows.
The covering strip 4 is superimposed on the outer carrier layer 2 of the multilayer material of the packaging container, and then pressed and sealed in the area of the pouring hole 1 with the aid of a vacuum 9 and pressing 11 elements of the sealing device, with an opening of 8 dl in the closing strip 4 suction of air from the cavity between this strip and the layers 3 and 5 impermeable to liquid and gases of the packaging container material, and impose
the closing strip 4 on the container after filling it with a liquid product, while pressing in the zone of the pouring opening 1 is performed simultaneously with the removal of air from the cavity between the closing strip 4 and the layers 3 and 5 of the packaging container material. The closing strip 4 as a result of pressing is placed first in the opening of the gasket 5, and then moves into the inside of the pouring hole 1, where it is sealed against the thermoplastic layer 3.
In the manufacture of the packaging container, the multilayer material is preliminarily passed through a sterilization device, for example, through a hydrogen peroxide bath, after which it passes through the packaging machine into a tube into which liquid product to be stored in the container is continuously stored, for example, milk.
The packaging tube is then clamped at equal intervals along the way by heating and applying an overpressure to it, and in places of pressure is cut into separate parts, each of which is a packaging container.
After that, the containers are shaped to give each of them a rectangular parallelepiped shape, which is obtained by folding the container along the corner projections.
The filling holes are pre-stamped during the production of the laminate material and are made only in the outer carrier layer, usually made of paper. Then the carrier layer is covered with a layer of thermoplastic material and a layer of aluminum foil, which hermetically close the pouring holes.
The pouring holes are stamped in such a way that after the packaging containers have been formed, they are located near the corner of one of its end surfaces.
After passing through the packaging machine, containers filled with liquid product are transported to a superimposing device, where a covering strip is applied to the container in the pouring zone.

versti and the formation of the locking device.
In this case, the packaging container is placed on its side, and so that the filling opening 1 is located in a vertical plane as low as possible to increase the hydrostatic pressure from the liquid product to the weakened area of the container in the area of the filling opening 1. This causes layers 3 and 5 closing the pouring opening 1 from the inside are pressed out. The cover strip 4 together with the gasket 6 is superimposed on the outer carrier layer 2 of the packing container material, covering the area of the casting hole 1, while the opening 8 of the closing strip 4 is located in the center of the area of the pouring hole 1.
The sealing device, having made a reciprocating movement, periodically approaches the container, carried out its working stroke and pressed its end part against the closing strip 4.
As soon as the end part of the sealing device comes into contact with the closing strip 4, the vacuum element 9 is connected to the vacuum source and air is sucked through the central opening 25 of the vacuum element 9 from the zone located between the cup-shaped end of the vacuum element 9 and the closing strip 4 At the same time, through the opening 8 of the closing strip 4, air is drawn off from the cavity placed between the closing strip 4 and the thermoplastic layers 3 and 5 of the container material. In this case, the layers 3 and 5 placed in the zone of the pouring hole 1, as well as the closing strip 4 are in contact with each other. Upon reaching the end position during the working stroke of the sealing device, the clamping element 11 receives power from the high-frequency generator. At the same time, heat can be conducted in aluminum foil along an annular contour, which is placed within the filling opening 1. Heat is transferred directly to the adjacent layers of thermoplastic materials, and the temperature required for heat sealing is reached, ensuring

A reliable connection of the layers of material to each other in the area of the casting hole. After sealing, the chain connecting the presser element with the high-frequency generator and the vacuum element with a source of vacuum 5 is opened, and the sealing device, idling, is retracted from the packaging container.
The locking device on the packaging container for liquid products allows the opening of the container and the use of its contents without great physical effort. For this, it is necessary to take the free end of the closing strip and set it aside. Due to the hermetic connection between the closing strip and the thermoplastic layers of the container material, the pouring opening is opened.
The proposed method of manufacturing the locking device provides for the imposition of a closure strip on the multilayered material after the latter forms a separate closed packaging container. Therefore, it is not necessary to pass the closing strip through the sterilization equipment of the packaging machine. The risk that the sterilizing agent will remain under the covering strip is completely eliminated. Furthermore, the method permits the application of a closure strip to the container without using any
